| Regional Representatives have claim and incident reporting forms. They are required to report incidences that may lead to a member having a loss. This allows the risk control and claims departments to collect information while it is still fresh in the minds of witnesses. The incident reporting procedure gives the Fair Plan flexibility in evaluating and/or minimizing a potential loss. |
